  • Ippon Kumite Number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
    • #1 Attack: Step Forward and High Punch
    • #1 Defense: High Block with left/front hand, counter with Opposite Side Punch
    • #2 Attack: Step Forward and middle punch
    • #2 Defense: Slide at an angle and outward middle block with left/front hand, counter with Opposite Side Punch
    • #3 Attack: Progressive Front Kick to Middle Target
    • #3 Defense: Shift into back stance and use left/front forearm to redirect kick, counter with Opposite Side Punch
    • #4 Attack: Progressive Front Kick Middle and High Punch (Much like Kihon Kata Nidan)
    • #4 Defense: Shift into back stance and use left/front forearm to redirect kick, quickly bring front hand up to open hand high block to stop high punch, counter with Opposite Punch
    • #5 Attack: Suriashi front leg roundhouse kick high
    • #5 Defense: Inward Middle Block while stepping back leg to the side (Do not switch feet or take a step back) to block kick, counter with Opposite side Punch
  • Alternate Sparring

    • #1 Attack: Single Shift Jab and Opposite Side Punch Combo
    • #2 Defense: Single Shift Back and inward open hand block and low block down. Counter with opposite side punch.
